No show phones have Ruined Birthdays

Vodafone customer for many years here.

On the 24/11/21 I ordered 2 x iPhone 12’s for my children’s birthdays. My sons birthday 04/12 and my daughters birthday 07/12.

It is now 09/12 and still no phones. I have spoken to two Vodafone bods on the telephone and one via live chat.

Excuses so far:-

It’s a software glitch at the warehouse.

It’s the volume of iPhone 13’s being ordered.

It’s because of Black Friday.

It’s DPD’s fault.

I get the mandatory 3-5 working days line constantly but this is what I was told when I placed the order 2 weeks ago.

Helpful?? I think not!!

Needless to say we have had 2 ruined birthdays and 2 upset children.

Don’t try and sell what you don’t have Vodafone and stop telling your customers lies.

I got absolutely no info until this morning. Still not showing dispatched on Vodafone Track My Order 🤷‍♂️
