Proof of Usage for ESIM showing no IMEI details

Hi I just asked from Vodafone for proof of usage for my ESIM  which I am using from last 6 months but they are giving me only physical sim usage with IMEI which I barely used 1 day while with ESIM they are not showing the IMEI. What should I do it is going to impact my claim Need help please

I need your help regarding my proof of usage for my eSIM as they are sending me proof of usage but it’s not mentioned my IMEI number please help me as the insurance company is not accepting that one

Hi @Usaf1995 Thanks for your post! You can obtain proof of usage by completing this form and choosing eSIM when confirming the type of SIM. If you've done this already, please drop our team a message on our social channels found here and we'll look to get the usage for the required IMEI.
