Trade in bag

I’m trying to locate my trade in bag as apparently it’s being sent to my house, it’s been nearly 2 weeks I’ve received nothing. 
can someone help me ASAP please and every time I call it rings for over 2 hours!!

Also, it's good to note, that you can also go to store to complete a Trade-In - find out here if you're local store is open.

Do you mean on Twitter? I have tried called the trade in team number and no answer and my store in Guildford say they can’t do it...
