Hi, this is an ongoing issue that neither I, nor a few Vodafone colleagues have been able to resolve so really hoping someone can help 🤞
When I'm using my data 4g and 5g, I'm having the following problems:

@Li33ie - thanks for reaching out to us and the tests that you’ve already gone through. When you’re connected via Wi-Fi, do all of these feature’s work? Also, are other internet applications working on your phone and do written messages send through Whatsapp?

Hi, everything works when on WiFi (except hotspot but thats normal isnt it?).
I can send messages on whatsapp on wifi or data.
I havnt noticed any other apps not working properly, just facebook and insta.
I'll contact via social media. Thanks

Can I ask what was the resolution for this please? I'm having the exact same problem and can't seem to find a way to fix it

Hey there! It sounds like you're dealing with quite the tech puzzle! I'm no expert, but have you tried checking your APN settings for your data connection? Sometimes, a tweak there can work wonders!

Have you turned on "Maximize Compatibility" in Personal hotspot setting? I encountered the same Hotspot issue, and fixed it by turn this feature on, you can have a try. And if still fails, it seems like a network issue, you can try to reset your network settings of your iPhone or seek help from Apple Support or try a third party tool like Joyoshare, Tuneskit, Reiboot, etc, they may help you to repair your ios system issue, including the network issue.

Hiya I gave the exact same problem - in addition I can't even access WhatsApp.com using my Chrome browser when I'm on the network but I can when I'm on WiFi.
Everything was fine until a few days ago then I started not being able to upload or download images when I was on the cell/mobile network, only on WiFi
I went through various attempts to solve and ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When installing WhatsApp wouldn't connect to its server when on the Vodafone network - again only when on WiFi.
Now it's reinstalled and I still can't upload or download images when on Vodafone only wifi
Lastly when accessing WhatsApp.com on my Chrome browser on Vodafone it says connection is not private and won't connect, but when on WiFi it accesses just fine.
It's very bizarre and something has clearly changed - I uninstalled Secure net in case that had gone nuts, but still the problem persists.
Can you help?
