Visual Voicemail not working - tried all the published suggestions

I've got a new pay monthly contract on Voda with an iPhone 13 Pro.

 

Visual voicemail won't work - I've spoken to the 'Help' people on the phone. Tried messaging, still no joy.

 

I've tried all the published help stuff. I really want this resolving. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the response. My issue is visual voicemail, no Wi-Fi calling.

Completely misread that! You'll have to contact Vodafone support in that case...

 

Could be a bit of a battle!
