Vodafone One Net

Is there a way of transferring a call from an iPhone? Just signed up to Vodafone One Net and seemingly there is no way of transferring calls on iPhone from one phone to another. 

Tell me this can’t be true!

Lucy I will take a look thank you but isn’t call forwarding different to transferring a call. 
From what I understand, an external call comes in and is picked up by the hunt group. The person who has answered needs to now pass or transfer the call to another user who maybe in a geographic location. Seemingly it is this that cannot be done on iPhone as they do not support GSM Call Functions. 
Can you help further with this matter of transferring a call as opposed to call forwarding.
