I’m trying to cancel my Vodafone one number product attached to a watch I no longer have, I’m finding this near on impossible getting passed from pillar to post, I was told it had been done but it is still on my account, PLEASE can anyone help me I’m fed up of calling people and chatting on chat to be passed from department to department to be told it’s done when it’s not!

Hi @Paulcottie! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues getting this cancelled. The teams able to cancel contracts are our live chat team here or by dialling 191 from a Vodafone phone or 03333 040191 from a standard phone (standard call charges apply). I hope this helps 🙂

I’ve been trying for 2 days and for some reason no one seems to want to do it then passes me from department to department it’s becoming a joke and seems impossible when I call the number it sends me a link to chat to someone which is meant to be specifically for one number and I get passed around yesterday I was passed to 4 different people and it’s still not been cancelled, I’ve been with Vodafone for about 10 years never had any problems but this is beyond a joke now, paying for an add on I no longer need and have use for and it being made impossible to cancel, I don’t need this with being on reduced pay through work.

I understand how important this is to get sorted @Paulcottie - We don't have account access over the forum so wouldn't be able to action this cancellation. I appreciate you have gone through the means of cancelling your One Number and I'm sorry if we're sounding like broken records, but you would need to do this with our cancellation team on 191 from your Vodafone number or 0808 040 8408 from an alternative number.
