Wi-Fi button problem

Hi I am new to this and it’s my first post…

what it is my Wi-Fi button does not slide to on..

I’ve done all reset told by Vodafone and still nothing..

i got into settings then Wi-Fi try to turn my Wi-Fi on and the slider won’t let me

any help would be greatly appreciated thanks x

Hey @webb0108, thanks for getting in touch. Is it the Wi-Fi slider in the Broadband App that wont switch on? If so, it could possibly be an app issue, please try uninstalling an reinstalling it. 

Is the Wi-Fi button on the actual physical router working? Pop back and let me know, I'd love to help get this sorted for you 😊

Sorry I didn’t make it clear no it’s the slider on the actual device that won’t slide when I go into settings and Wi-Fi  thanks
