iPhone 12 pro max Delivery

So I pre-ordered the iPhone 12 pro max on the 6th when it came out. I was just wondering will it be delivered on the 13th which is it’s release date or 2-3 working days after? I’ve never pre-ordered before so I don’t have a clue how these things work.

I will have to try and get used to the size, but all my friends have the max. I didnt want to wait another 3 weeks for the pro, that would make it 7/8 week wait...its crazy.

hopefully this is the best option for me. The lady at vodafone said most colors of the max are sold out and they had only the larger storage size. But for some reason the price was less than the pro, so it worked out better for me.

Order has now changed to confirmed and being prepared for dispatch so expecting tomorrow for dispatch.

Has anyone received their pro max from ordering after pre-release? 

I ordered on the 14th (128gb silver) and was told delivery would be 1-2 weeks as it was out of stock. 

when I look on the tracking page it says order status: confirmed - back order

”Our supplier is low in stock due to high demand. But we’re working closely with them to get your order to you as quickly as possible”

but it also lists an estimated delivery date of the 27th? I’m just trying to get an idea of if that’s a realistic estimate if people who have ordered around the same time have started receiving theirs? I’ve never ordered a new phone on release before so I’ve got no idea what the usual wait time is.

On the plus side, I was told that the wait for the pro was 6 weeks when I ordered!

Ignore any sort of estimates online as they are wrong.

It appears that you probably need to add 1-3 weeks onto whatever estamate you had. 

Some people who ordered Pros at least are getting them now after ordering on the 1-10th after being told 1-2 weeks. 

It's bad from Vodafone and they need to sort estimates better on the website.

Mine would have been a smooth transition but replacement eSIM has failed.

Have been sent a QR code which doesn't work and now first line support are being typically useful and saying that the QR code should just work.

I can't even divert the number to my landline because the order is 'in process' and diverts are locked.

mine arrived within the time slot given well pleased I choose the pacific blue looks amazing!! Also easy process changing over my Apple Watch to new phone all good

Mine was ordered on pre order (6th) at 3pm 128gb pacific blue just checked on order status still shows confirmed-pre order
