use of Facetime

I have just put a new sim card into my Ipad2 and am unable to use Facetime is it not possible to use Facetime on an Ipad 2 or is there something wrong

Is your new sim card activated @keithbarton14 as you need a data connection or WiFi connection.

Are you able to enable WiFi.

I think I have activated it but not sure how to check ????

Turn Off WiFi and see if your iPad will work on mobile data.

The mobile data toggle On setting are in the iPad settings.

What type of tariff are you using i.e payg or data sim card.

Your my Vodafone app / myVodafone will.give you more info @keithbarton14
