4G Smart watch SIM

Hello.

What sim card do i need for my new 4G smartwatch?

It's a Huawei Watch 2, 4G. I assume I need a data only plan. It can take nano or eSIM. I'm assuming it only needs data and then it simply connects to the main (Vodafone Samsung S8)  phone to perform any Comms/SMS/calls..

Can anyone advise?

I had exactly the same problem, with the same watch. I kept talking to different Vodafone experts and eventually found one that sorted it - and it only took a few minutes. He just linked the watch nano sim to the One number main sim. I've been using it for nearly a year now and no problems. It's just a shame 90% of the experts aren't trained how to do this.
