Hi, I have an iPhone 14 pro, and a Vodafone contract. I need to add an e-sim for work (EE) but there is no option for me in the phone settings.
It looks like Vodafone allow this, so it must be a problem my side. Any suggestions please?
For Info:
I do have a 'Front Sim' listed in settings, and also a 'Back Sim'. Thi seems odd as I only have one phone number.
The 'Back Sim' could be linked to an accidental setup of an e-sim with Vodafone a few years ago, but I don't have that number anymore and there is no option for me to delete it on my iPhone. (Following 'delete E-Sim instructions from Vodafone website, I don't have it showing)
I also have an e-sim with my apple watch, but I think thats unconnected.

Hi @zoolpool. The Front SIM and Back SIM refers to the position of a physical nano-SIM in a SIM tray. You may need to get in touch with Apple Support regarding this, as I can see that only iPhone models sold in China, Hong Kong and Macau have Dual SIM slots - all other regions have one eSIM and one nano-SIM slot. If you have this model, more information can be found on the 'Using Dual SIM with two nano-SIM cards' Apple Support web page.
