I have just received a text on my Samsung J5 stating, 'You have just swapped your sim or updated your software. To continue using data and picture messaging please update your APN settings. I do not use data or picture messaging. The main problem is I cannot now use my phone. I cannot ring out and nobody can ring in. What is wrong?
I have no idea what APN settings are. Can somebody explain. Thanks
