Call waiting/call forward/diverting/MMI codes

Hi

I have been having alot of issues with my phone when trying to extend ring length time before going to voicemail, and also trying to access call divert options. Error message Is alway "Connection problem or invalid MMI code"

 

I have tried everything, I rang 191 but when I say it's a technical issue the call is ended with response access support online. I go to the online chat and I keep getting the message saying all agents are busy.

 

I have had enough, please can someone help

Hi Garetbe 

No I haven't tried that, I have been doing it whilst on wifi. I will give it a go, didn't even think about that. 

 

  • I did manage to get through to Vodafone help though, they tried everything on Thier end and couldn't sort it, think it is a problem with my phone, I am due an upgrade free in a few months, I am going to take it to the Vodafone shop on Weds to see if they can sort it, but I will try do it on 3G like you have said
