How-do-I-change-my-age-restricted-content-settings. 

Personally I popped into a Vodafone Highstreet Store with appropriate ID and they accessed my account in-house to help with this.

If this isn't in connection to 18+ sites then please clear your browser cookies and cache etc.

Can you access the site via Wi-Fi connection  ?

Also if you can share the site information then the Vodafone Social Media Teams here will check to see if it is incorrectly blocked and needs whitelisting.
