Galaxy s20 Ultra eSim Problem..

Hello, First time posting..
How to set up my Galaxy s20 Ultra's eSIM because i have a problem...
When i go to Account settings>Swap your SIM > Enter the SIM number you’d like to use.... I enter my sim numbers which is fore example - 01234 56789...

And then it shows me that..

Hi @Croolder 

 

Please take a look at this similar thread.

You may have to use a nano sim and not an eSim in the interim due to what Vodafone currently supports in regards to device's for the eSim.

FAQ-s/eSIM. 

"We currently provide eSIM connectivity for smart devices only"

 

S20-Ultra-eSIM.

Apart from that, @Croolder, Vodafone would have given you a QR code instead of manually inserting the information to use the eSIM function on your s20 Ultra.
