Please can anyone help, my wife suddenly can't connect to Internet, she has loads of data left on phone,if I put my sim into her phone I get Internet also if I put her sim into my phone she gets Internet but as soon as I put her sim back into her phone no Internet
That's a conundrum @Ruby24 because if the issue was with her Vodafone account she wouldn't get Internet when her sim is in your phone.
And if her phone was at issue your sim wouldn't work in her phone.
In her phone fo into Settings, General Management, Reset and Reset Network connections.
And also try > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

I have experienced the same thing on my Samsung device and tried every single thing available on the web: clearing the cache, restarting the phone, resetting the network settings and , checking for a new Android operating system update but no luck.
Then, someone said about Safe Mode, it is not exclusive to the Samsung devices, available on Android devices as well. It basically restarts the device only with the system apps and temporarily disabling the third party apps which allow you to understand whether the wi-fi connection issue is because of a 3rd-party application or not. If the wi-fi connection issue continues in the Safe Mode, it is an operating system or hardware issue. If not, it is a third party apps that should be uninstalled from your device.
