Oh dear @Conpip , too many tries to enter the NUC and now it is permanently locked to the network and you are stuck with only being able to use a Vodafone SIM.
LG don't make phones any longer and the device has long been discontinued, if you purchased direct form Vodafone no harm asking a store is the counter can be reset, but even if possible, it will be chargeable. You can also try LG support but it's unlikely they will be able to help with the counter reset.
