I have contacted live support 3 times to activate conference callling but it still does not work, despite them saying it is active, to switch the phone off, remove the sim, wait 10 mins, then switch back on.
I have an Samsung S9+.
Only once was the button to 'Add a call' enabled suring a call. I phoned someone else, pressed merge calls and it failed.
Now the button to add a call is not even active, so I can not even press it.
Every time I speak to support they are convinced they have solved the issue and it will all be ok - it is not.
What is the problem?! This is surely a run of the mill feature. I moved from O2 as they were useless as well, please dont tell me Vodafone are no better.
Fingers crossed for an answer!
