Mi A3 issue after receiving the Android 10 update fixes the error

I am using Mi A3 lite and its updated to andriod 10.kindly help me in this issue.

When I call someone on yowhatsapp 2020, the voice comes from the loud speaker instead of the other. instead of ringing even if someone else has internet access. Also when sending a voice message to someone, it gets sucked when pressing the button of the voice message. It started happening 3 days ago when I updated my phone.

Please help, thanks

The other?   Your post seems slightly garbled, but I don't think the specifics matter in this case.

In the first instance, go into the phone's main Settings menu, then Apps and find WhatsApp and clear its data (it's under Storage).   You'll need to log in to WA again, but this may fix the issue.

If it doesn't, the OS update may have left bits of the old system behind and require a factory reset.  However, if the issue is only happening with one app, that may not be necessary, so let's hope.
