Hi there,

I just recieved my fold 4 on Friday 10 november with my new sim. I have put the Sim in and now it's Monday 13th November and it still states there is no network. Can anyone help? I have moved from o2 and already given my PUC numer over. All weekend I have been unable to make call or recieve them as well as messages. My old number still seems to be working on my old phone. I have reset my phone numerous times, tried manually searching for networks but no luck.

The SIM will activate on the day the number moves to the network and you should have been provided with a porting date @VinnyG .

edited to add:  Numbers don't port over a weekend on any network, as you only received the phone and SIM on Friday, you may find the number ports late today or more likely tomorrow afternoon.
