No sound

I have a Samsung A10 and all of a sudden I cannot hear sound from YouTube, Live Stream,or any video sent to me on WhatsApp,  I have notification sounds OK,

help needed please

I would suggest to go onto your Samsung Members App as there is a diagnostic tool in there to check speakers.

Also there is a diagnostic tool via launching your phone app and dialing *#0*#

There is also different sound levels in your phone's menu. So press the volume rocker and press something similar to v  or if your on Android 11 with Samsung One Ui 3.0 press the 3 little dots.

Also check any sound preferences settings in the apps @widgetwilk39

Thanks for reply, have already checked volume rocker,  sorry for being thick, but how and what is 'Samsung Members App'  also don't know about 'diagnostic tool via launching your phone app and dialing *#0*#'

sorry but it has only just happened, I usually go to the phone shop but that is shut, it has been alright up to the other day, must be something simple.

Please ignore if you can;t be bothered with someone not as 'bright' as you, XX
