I keep on getting below message, but when I go to subscriptions, I habe no additional devices so I can't cancel anything neither I can add
You've reached the top of the mountain
You've added the maximum amount of devices per contract. To add more, please cancel one of your existing subscriptions. You can manage your subscriptions in your My Vodafone app.

As this will require account access, your best bet is to drop the Social Media team a note on Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to take your details privately and find out what's going on.
