I have recently transferred from iD to vodafone (through voxi). I transferred my iD phone number to the new voxi SIM. However, I can no longer log into my account as vodafone still think I am using the old voxi number (which I can no longer access). This means I have no access to my vodafone details or subscriptions.
In short, I have transferred my number and the SIM updated but vodafone hasn't so cannot access my account.
I would really like to get this sorted as I need access to my vodafone account. Thank you
