Did Vodafone supply the phone to you @Laserman123
It used to be that a person had to use an eligible phone and eligible tariff on Pay Monthly.
The link to 4G calling which is in the below link I've added to 4G calling i.e voLTE no longer seems to work unfortunately.
This is an older thread 4G-VOLTE-Calling-Third-Party-Handset.
There will be more via a forum search.
Either customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries will be able to officially clarify.

I am using a Samsung phone purchased direct from Samsung and don't have any problems using 4G calling VOlte,
you can turn on this feature from the My Vodafone Application on your phone.
If you have 4G in your network settings this should also include LTE.
