If it still doesn’t send, you can check no bars are in place via your My Vodafone.

Within the message settings on your phone, please make sure the message centre number is +447785016005 (if you’re unable to find this option, let us know which phone you’ve got).

Thanks for the reply but there is no option to speak to someone when calling 191 from a vodafone handset. Vodafone are very hard to get hold of, all I want is either a link to live chat or to speak to someone.........
