Did you receive any information via email after creating tihr order @aide199 ?
Looking on the Vodafone website it says "Free home delivery. Order before 10:00pm 23 March and get it on 24 March. Premium delivery slots available. Exclusions apply"
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat shouod be able to clarify the status of your phone.
The S20 Ultra won't be released until the 13th March in the UK and you have only preordered the phone.
Keep an eye on your emails, Vodafone will keep you updated throughout the order process with email updates and when the phone is in stock and ready for despatch you will receive email confirmation.
I had an email too saying the same, DPD tracking is now no longer available either however I was told it would arrive on 24th march when I purchased it so hopefully it will be here then.
I have heard rumours of it not being available until 3rd april...
I was going to cancel my upgrade and change it for the 512GB but was told I wouldnt recieve it until may, I would have held out but my S9 is on its last legs now. I've seen the cases on the samsung website for it that seem pretty nice
