I have recently taken out a contract for a new phone and included Skysportsmobile app. It is completely unreliable. It works occasionally if I uninstall and reinstall but mostly it says an error has occurred. I am incredibly frustrated as I have missed two of my teams games. This has frustrated the contract and I would appreciate an answer from Vodafone. I do not wish to hear about clearing caches or other maintenance as I expect a seamless service which I am paying for.

Unfortunately issues like these with Apps are not easy to troubleshoot and bring about a resolution.
It's typically trial and error.
Sometimes it is the app glitching.
Sometimes it's a preference setting in the phone or another app that's causing conflict.
Does it make any difference when you change from WiFi to Mobile Data and visa versa.
If you look at the app reviews are others experiencing issues ?
I appreciate your not wanting to discuss clearing cache and data within the apps settings but this does generally help.
That or delete the app from the phone and from the app store library and then re download a fresh copy of the app.
As there is no account access assistance via this forum anymore for Vodafone to look at your account then Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries maybe able to rule out an account issue.
