Error 26 - Cannot Send Message

Hi, Whenever my son attempts to send an SMS he gets the above error, any ideas? He onlys texts full mobile phone numbers, no short numbers Thanks

Auto answer settings

Hi there!Can anyone tell me how to alter my Auto Answer settings.  My mobile rings four times and goes to VoiceMail.  It does not give me time to manually answer the call.  My mobile is a Samsung J3 2017.
