I have a Samsung S24 Ultra 512Gb which has recently become very slow to download data either via 4G/5G or wi-fi. I have a superfast wi-fi connection. I have contacted Vodafone on 3 separate occasion and they have told me to perform a reset of my wi-fi and bluetooth settings, change my Network mode from 5G/4G/3G/2G to 4G/3G/2G and remove the sim, then restart the phone. Changing the Network mode worked for about 12 hours. This morning I contacted Vodafone who blocked and unblocked my number a few times, to I assume, remove any blocks that might be in place. However nothing has worked.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

This is a phone issue and not network related @alang4 .
Assuming you have checked the phone and installed the latest software update. I would recommend completing a search of the Samsung Community or even registering on the Community and asking this question. There is also Samsung support, if you use Google you will find the information.
