So I have a Samsung A8 2018 and for some reason when I send a txt, the notification sound has just stopped but I have not touched my settings. This is so annoying as I think txt has not been received by my friends so I send it about six times until they ring me and say why do you keep sending the same txt 🤦♀️ Can anyone help pls 🤞

I have the same problem with my S10e. Was working fine until ~29th June. I was on the Samsung chat for an hour on Tuesday who didn't know what the problem was so suggested I got a new Sim card. Then on vodafone chat for an hour. They said there were lots of recent similar complaints from Samsung users. They were investigating the issue and asked me to give it another 24 hours. It's now 5 days later and still not working
