Hi,
I have an Alcatel Vodafone Smart N8 phone.
The problem I am having is that I can not take pictures with my phone. It says the camera is blocked!
How do I enable it?
Do I need to Wipe everything?
Do I need to re-flash the complete ROM?
Please advise.
Sometimes the issue can be is that your phone's storage is too full to store the picture after taking it @SubZero5
If this is the case start deleting unused items and or move what you can to any relevant sd card or online vault such as Google or Dropbox.
Also make sure your phone's software is upto date along with any relevant updates in your Playstore.
You could try something similar to settings, apps, camera, storage, clear cache and if needed clear data.
As a final self help troubleshooting option back up , remove any relevant sd card and factory reset.
A Vodafone Highstreet Store could take a look and if needed they could send the phone away for a diagnostic.
I wish you all the best with this.
