My website is not opening on vodafone idea network

Hi Team,

Firstly, very thankful for your great help through community, I am using Vodafone network from more than 15 years, its great experience.

I am testing my website on different os and mobile devices, I got issue with Vodafone network.

Test scenario done:

I have used HMD (Nokia) Mobile device and Vodafone & Idea (VI) network.

For Testing I have used opera mini-Brower.

I tried on other network my website opening smooth only VI network taking more than 4-minute time or Internet error attached screenshot.

Could you please help me to resolve issue Asap.
