Vodafone router app on Samsung Galaxy s10 not running fully.

I have the Vodafone broadband pro 2 and the app on my Samsung Galaxy s10 doesnt work, all the tiles are grey except for the super WIFI tile. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the app and the router but still wont work. Any ideas?

Make sure you are connecting through WiFi, and you shouldn't need to reinstall the app, just in the settings>apps on your phone delete all its data!  That should cause you to need to re-enter your login details, but as the app is little more than a web page wrapper, it should work!

Just done that but it's still the same, nothing works apart from the Super WIFI tab. Everything else is greyed out or blank.
