Why can’t I get my x9 screen repaired

• CN(is there a problem with the x9.  I dropped mine and the screen cracked. I can’t get it repaired

anywhere.  Also it seems thery are not available to buy. Please help.ou

Accidental damage isn't covered in a 24 month manufacturing warranty so a repair would be charged for.

I assume your using the Vodafone Smart x9 or is it another make and model ?

Pop it into a Vodafone Highstreet Store to be sent away.

If you've tried that route then may I ask what they've advised you ?

Another option would be to pay a shop that advertises they repair phones and pay their fee.

And.kr check any relevant Household Contents Insurance and or some Bank Accounts provide mobile phone cover as a perk of the account 

T&C's and Excess Fees would apply.

There are lots of screens available on ebay, once you have one take both to a repair shop
