Hi, Vodafone Support Team, I am new here, but an old user of Vodafone. My mobile data is not working. I have checked all settings like data is on APN settings are correct, but the network is not working. If you have any solution kindly guide me. Thanks!

Hey there @Avamadison - I understand how important it is to have a stable connection, especially now. Have you had a look through our device guides to try some troubleshooting?
Also I'd advise to check the status of the our network in your area just incase if there's maintenance ongoing.
If you are still having issues with your mobile data connection after checking those, then please confirm the make and model of your device 😊
