WiFi calling with Samsung S10e but no texts

Hi, I recently changed my Samsung and I'm on pay monthly.  I set up WiFi calling straight away since there is no mobile connection where I live (indoors or in the garden - I have to march up the road to get mobile).  I can make and receive WiFi telephone calls but not texts.  Any suggestions?  I do eventually receive texts when they are sent to me, normally a day or two after they are sent, presumably when I pass through an area where mobile works.

Hi @annmp thanks for reaching out to us about this. Are you finding that when you're sending texts via the WiFi network that these are going through? If you are, please can you test sending a text back to your own number?
