Wifi calling not working

Hi,

On my S23, wifi calling works on lots of wifi places, work etc. But when connected to my home Vodafone wifi, it doesn't work. Any ideas?

Hi @TheBig1 Is this Vodafone WiFi Calling, or are you facing trouble with WiFi calling from another network on your Vodafone broadband?

Hi ya, my phone is on Smarty, broadband is with Vodafone. When I connect to another WiFi, it works fine, when I connect to my Vodafone it doesn't work

Your S23's Wi-Fi calling may not work on your home Vodafone Wi-Fi due to router settings like SIP ALG blocking necessary traffic, or restrictions by Vodafone's network. Try disabling SIP ALG in your router settings, ensuring Wi-Fi calling is enabled on your phone, rebooting your router, and checking for firmware updates. If the issue persists, contact Vodafone or Samsung support, as it could be related to ISP restrictions or a device-specific issue.
