In North Cyprus on a samsung at the moment and callers do not get a ring tone when they call me so cut off as they dont think they have connected - happened last time I was here and alo happens on my wifes Iphone - looking online - seems others elswhere in the world have had the same issue
Hi @Badger58 I understand how frustrating this must be. It might help to complete a manual selection of the local network. Generally, you’ll find your network selection in your Settings. You'll need switch to it manual and then try the different local networks available. If you still need help after this, please drop our team a message over on our Social Media channels.
Dear Janey - I and others have spent hours we will never get back trying all of these fixes it never makes any difference - it happens on any phone in different countries - but just with vodafone - so its an issue they would need to fix - I am not prepared to spend any more time on it, I was hoping Vodafone would have actually done something about it by now its been happening for over 4 years with others and started a year ago with me - its fine in the UK juat a pain when I am away - so I think it will be easier to just move to a different network...
