My VSS 3 lay dormant (about 9 months) after moving house. I have now re-registered my VSS on 19/07/2014 to my current address and added 2 more users. I have also purchased a new phone with a new number.
Old iPhone 4 ( (removed for security) and 3G enabled ) is registered as the VSS owner and is working fine.
New iPhone 5S ( (removed for security) and is 4G enabled ) registered as VSS user but is not connecting.
Wife's iPhone 4S ( (removed for security) and 3G enabled ) registered as VSS user but is not connecting. Used to work fine at old address.
I have followed many threads and tried various suggested solutions but none have resolved my problem.
VSS Serial number is 40124243961
Do Vodafone need to tweak something their end?

Hi smiff6,
If the VSS hasn't been used in a whilt it probably need a manual resync and resetting to factory settings.
As you have already posted the serial number of your VSS one of the eForum team will be able to arrange this for you. It usually take about a day for they to be in touch so you'll need sit tight just a little longer.
