2 ticks when sending sms, like what's app

How do I get a report that a recipient has recieved a text message. I'm not referring to the old text message reports that can be switched on/off via the network, rather a message flicks up on the screen for a couple of seconds then there are a few ticks on the actual message stating it has been reviewed.

I'm using a BlackBerry priv.

Are you referring to a Delivery Report @badboy1  ?

If so you'd need to check if your phone has any relevant settings to get one and or see if any available alternative texting app allows it.
