Hi @subzerokid14,
We can certainly have a look at repairing the phone.
Alternatively, it may be wise to speak directly with HTC as they may be in a better position to offer a replacement.
Thanks,
Matt B

Hi @jamesabby ,
I'm very sorry to see you've had three separate issues in a row. I'm sure you can appreciate that this is a rarity.
We'll be happy to repair the phone under the warranty as before. If you're unhappy to use our repair process, you're entitled to approach HTC directly as an alternative.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi there. I got my phone back today and what do u know. It has the exact same wifi problem that you had. I'm gonna try a software update but if that doesn't work I'm making a complaint to htc. this is a disgrace. I'm fed up with having to get replacement phone every few months. I may consider selling the phone because it's caused so much hassle. It's a good phone but I want a phone that will actually work and do what it's ment to do

Hi @subzerokid14 ,
I'm sorry you feel that way.
We're unable to swap the make and model of your phone.
If you're unhappy to use our repair process, please use the contact details I provided above to speak to HTC directly. As the manufacturer, they hold more rights over your warranty than we do as a supplier.
Thanks,
Ben
