Could anyone provide me with a link to the information for the 30-day "trial" for home broadband? I've found the links for the returning items within 30 days etc, just wondered if there was a seperate page/infor for broadband.
If cancelled within the 30 days, I assume that I get my initial £49 connection charge refunded?
Just checking all my options - ta.

Ah ##~## - so I don't see my £50 again then.
What a mistake I've made!
I've just spent the equivelant of 10 months of extra money Talk Talk wanted from me on a connection that is currently giving me a speed of 60mb (and remember this is just the lkatest figure, it was at 80mb on Friday evening) whereas I had 75mb before.
If I want to leave then I've lost the £50 and I'll have to pay another ISP to be connected to them.
Urgh - worst decision ever.

If my line speed is below the minimum guaranteed, I see Vodafone has 28 days to solve this issue and then I can leave "without penalty".
Would that "without penalty" include my £50 connection charge?
Surely if I've paid this for a guaranteed minimum speed (which is a joke in itself) and they fail to deliver I should be able to leave without any penalty?
