Has anybody else experienced this issue? It's been happening 5-10 times daily. Opening a web page in safari hangs/stops loading unless I switch airplane mode on and off again and refresh the page - then it connects instantly.
Does this sound like a network issue or an Apple issue?

As a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at issue can you please try your Sim Card in another phone and another sim card in your phone ?
If you do not have another phone then your local Vodafone Highstreet Store should be able to test your sim in one of their phones and a test sim in your phone.
I would do this before visiting your most local Apple Store Genius Bar.
Does this happen in your local area or everywhere ?

Hi @pauloross90
Safari slow or crashing is a problem with iOS 10. If you use Google, you will be able to find some helpful tips.
Alternatively, an Apple Genius will be able to give some advise.
