4G on Samsung Galaxy S5

I have changed my vodafone business account to 4g on my S5.  What icons can i expect to see on my phone screen telling me when the upgrade has occurred?

does it say 4G for instance?

At the top, next to the signal bars where you would normally see 3G or H+, you will see 4G.  You do need to make sure that you have LTE enabled in your network settings.

Also, it may take a while for 4G to show as the current active data session has to end before it will reconnect onto 4G.  Obviously you also need to be in a 4G area to get 4G ! :smileywink:

Ok..restarted the data session using flight mode. 4G icon popped up and the arrows filled. Then the icon disappeared. Is it just temporary?

Possibly. It could be that that 4G signal in your current location isn't particularly strong. It may be worth checking to see if any friends or colleagues are on Vodafone 4G in your area and what signal they are getting.
