Hi, my number has ported over but i can not get 4g mobile data (even though it is switched on) Is this a normal problem?? Please can it be looked into? also cant log into my vodafone online account as saying it will send a pin to old number that has been disconnected??

Sometimes a port settles in stages.
Are yiu you able to get Data Connection at all even if not 4G ?
Is this happening everywhere? I'm thinking maybe a local mast issue.
Try a soft rebooting by turning your phone off and on.
We are fellow customers with no account access or access to Vodafones systems. Only live chat or telephone support on 191 has.
You can request that the pin goes to a Landline number if that helps.
