I live in Yo258st, Where is 4g+ or LTE advanced available in my area of East Yorkshire , where have Vodafone rolled this out to, also do you have to be on pay monthly to get 4g+

You could use the Vodafone Coverage Map to check what is available in your area.
No contract type does not control what data connection a person gets.
