Can't load Vodafone Website

Has anyone been able to log in to the Vodafone UK website recently? I've tried a few different browser's and three different devices and the webpage just time's out everytime. No problems with any other website or internet service.

We aren't aware of any specific issues affecting the MyVodafone login currently. 

I'd recommend going into a private/incognito window of your browser, or clearing your cache and cookies, to see if you're able to login. But if the issue still remains, please reach out to us on Social Media, as we'll need to access your account to take a deeper look into this for you.

Hi...Thanks for this.  I'm not sure why this was happening.  Safari, Firefox and Brave on my brand new Mac (less than a week old) would not load the website and neither would my phone or iPad.  However, it did load in a private window using Safari on the Mac.  I really don't know why this has happened and using a private window worked when standard did not.

So thanks very much, I would never have thought of trying it in a private window

Since that did the trick, you may want to consider clearing your cache and cookies on your browser, if you want to avoid needing to go into a private window each time. 

It could be that there's some old login information stored on your browsers, which is preventing you from currently being able to login.

That sounds frustrating! 😕 It could be a temporary issue with Vodafone’s servers. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or disabling extensions? Switching to a different network (like mobile data) might help too. If it's still not working, reaching out to Vodafone support could be the next step.

Yes I think there can be server issue for which your site has not been submitted. I have also face this issue while submitting site. Try again and if again this issue appear contact help center to manage this issue.
