9320 keypad problems

certain buttons have mysteriously stopped working, which has stopped me inputting my password to physically power it up and use it.

What would be my best plan of attack?
I'm on a contract

Hi DaveSS,

If a factory reset doesn't help matters, I'd recommend arranging a repair. If the fault is covered by the warranty, there won't be any cost.

after around five full resets (the last of which with the battery out for a full hour) it mysteriously started working again.

Thanks for the advice, I'm not counting my chickens just yet.
