ADSL settings for NetgearD7000

So the Vodafone router is pants when streaming internet video to several LAN clients. I purchased a Netgear D7000. A live chat to vodafone resukted in them giving me my username which was

dsl000{username}@broadband.vodafone.co.uk

And my password

When i enter the carefully confirmed uppercase and lowercase credentials, i do not get a connection. The router reports link spreds up and down, but my login seems to be rejected.

Is there anything else i need to do?

Sorted. The chimp at vodafone CS gave me the wrong password. Having spoken with someone who understands english rather than a guy in India who seemingly neither understood nor spoke the languauge, I am been successfully logged in over VDSL for 12hrs now.
